Hidden Liverpool was officially launche d on Wednesday 14th August, at the wonderful secret space of West Africa House on Water Street.

The evening was well attended with guests representing architecture, tourism, housing, heritage, arts, local government and the community. Speakers included Ian Meadows       t     the High Sherriff of Liverpool, Gary Millar the Lord Mayor of Liverpool,  Bill Maynard of Heritage Lottery Fund,  Jodie McCullock a Placed intern  and and     and Jo Harrop Placed Director. Guests kickstarted the project's 'memory bank' by adding their own memories of using buildings that are now empty, onto a large map of Liverpool.
